For reservations, we have a manual system

Reservations are normally In after 3.00 pm and Out before 10.00 am

To make a reservation First check our "Availability" then either:

• Transfer (by internet funds transfer) the deposit to the bank account below and email me: geoff@terrigalhouse.com.au
• or if you wish to pay by credit card speak to Geoff on 0412 315 115 (additional 3% merchant fee applies).

Payment in full must be made for all bookings reserved within 2 months. For bookings beyond 2 months, a 20% deposit must be paid and the balance 2 months prior to reserved date.

A bond of $1,500 must also be paid on the Monday before your stay and after that has been paid access arrangements will be notified to you by email.  Only Internet Funds Transfer, Visa or Mastercard are acceptable for payment of bond.

No bookings are confirmed until accepted after payment, despite indication of availability.

Bank account for Beach Villa internet funds transfer is National Australia Bank BSB 082 055 Account No: 53 560 7183; account name 'G and F Cohen' ; (do not use spaces in numbers when transmitting). Please advise by email after transmitting, that you have done so and the amount.

Bank account for Seaview Cottage internet funds transfer is National Australia Bank BSB 082 055 Account No: 86 726 0921; account name 'Cohen and Martin' (do not use spaces in numbers when transmitting). Please advise by email after transmitting, that you have done so and the amount.

Your confirmed booking is a binding contract on you and on us.  There is no cancellation policy by us or by you.  In the event of a need to cancel, we are comfortable to discuss it.
